It's time for every American to become Bi-Political, to educate ourselves on the candidates, and to start hiring the right people to represent us.  It's time to Make Congress Functional Again!  It's time to demand that Congress set up a centralized National Campaign Information Website (www.NCIW.gov), where all Americans can go to easily find out not only who's running for office, but what each or the candidate's views are on each of the major issues, a place where every American can go to become an educated voter.  It's time to peacefully take back our great country from our 535 managers up on Capitol Hill.  It should be an swift victory since we have them outnumbered 300 Million to "535".  And just imagine what we could accomplish with a functioning Congress.  On this site, you'll not only see how this American patriot would address and fix each of 20 major problems (using simple COMMON SENSE), but you'll also be able to share with the world your ideas on how to fix each of the problems.  Together, we can make a difference!  Together we can take back control of our Congress from the political machines and Special Interest Groups in Washington.  Together, we can Make Congress Functional Again (MCFA) and in turn make America even greater!
