About Us

I’m no one famous. I don’t live in Hollywood, I don’t drive exotic cars, and you’ve never seen me on TV or in the political arena, so my name really isn’t important.

I was born and raised in Kentucky, lived in West Virginia for a few years, and now call Maryland my home. I lost my father to cancer when I was only 8 years old, but I was fortunate to be raised by a loving and hard-working Christian mother, who taught me right from wrong, and to respect others.

I started working part-time at the age of 13 delivering newspapers. Over the years I’ve worked many jobs: fast food, construction, and even in the saw mills. I entered the service in 1970 (United States Army National Guard) and was honorably discharged in 1976. I spent over a dozen years in electronics sales and purchasing before I bought a small franchise for a few thousand dollars in 1984.  I worked hard and built my company into the #1 franchise in the network. It wasn’t easy, but with hard work and determination, anyone can succeed.  Afterall, this is America!

I’m an American Patriot; someone who loves this great country and the American way of life; someone who has lived the American dream and who simply wants everyone else to have the same opportunity.

I care deeply about our great country; about everyone from every walk of life, but I also believe in fiscal responsibility when it comes to the running of our government. I believe in providing a hand up, not a hand out. I guess I could be considered bi-political: a bleeding heart liberal with extremely conservative values.

Why did I spend thousands upon thousands of hours writing a book and building this website? Because, to quote a line from the movie, Network: “I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take this anymore!” I’m simply tired of the political machines, the media, and the extremists on both sides trying to divide us. United we succeed, divided we fail.

I’m an American who fights against all injustices but who stands for our flag when our national anthem plays. I’m an American who believes in our Constitution and all of its amendments. I’m an American who believes there is a solution to every problem. I’m just an American who wants things fixed.

I’m also a patriot who feels America is heading down the wrong path, and I need your help to Make Congress Functional Again. Without a Congress made up of Common Sense Americans working together on a non-political agenda, nothing will ever change.

God Bless America!
